FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clarity before adding capacity.
The essentials about how we work, what the service includes, and when each model makes sense.
EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MODEL
Specific questions. Direct answers.
01 · MODELIs Grupo Red a recruiting agency?+
No. Selection is part of the service, but our role continues: we run payroll, support integration, and bring engineering and process judgment throughout the engagement.
02 · TALENTWhich profiles can you integrate?+
We can build capacity across software development, data and AI, cloud and DevOps, QA and automation, product, and design. The starting point is the problem and the context of your stack.
03 · OPERATIONSWho handles payroll?+
Grupo Red. Payroll is included in the service model, so your company does not need to set up an additional employment operation to add nearshore talent.
04 · PROXIMITYCan we actually meet or visit the team?+
Yes. Your engineers work from Grupo Red's secure engineering center in Mexico, approximately five miles from the U.S. border. The strategic location makes team visits practical while preserving daily remote collaboration.
05 · PRICINGWhy do you not show a single rate?+
Because specialty, seniority, continuity, and delivery responsibility change the cost structure. Our proposal separates those variables and makes every Grupo Red inclusion clear.
06 · FLEXIBILITYWhat is the difference between an hour bank and a project?+
An hour bank buys flexible capacity for priorities that may change. A project defines an outcome, milestones, and acceptance criteria for which the team assumes delivery responsibility.
07 · INTEGRATIONDoes the talent work with our processes?+
Yes. With dedicated talent, people integrate into your rituals, tools, and roadmap. We can also help adjust those processes when we find friction or a lack of clarity.
08 · QUALITYWhat engineering support is included?+
We help translate requirements, define seniority, clarify responsibilities, and review ways of working. The exact level of technical leadership is agreed according to the model and the challenge.
